Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo Hotel

Our stay at Hyatt Centric was really good! The hotel had a very calm and cozy atmosphere, making us feel right at home. The room design was cool and modern, yet still had a touch of Japanese flair. The beds were comfortable and made for a great night's sleep. We also loved the fact that the hotel provided bikes for us to explore the city. The location was perfect, as it was near multiple stations and in a safe upscale area. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, and the coffee was fabulous. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Hyatt Centric for your stay in Tokyo.

I had a fabulous stay at Hyatt Centric in Ginza. The hotel is located in the best area for shopping and dining. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated in modern Japanese style. The shower was fantastic and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and were really nice too ensure a seamless stay. Despite a small hiccup with breakfast not being included for my boys, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Staying at this hotel was a truly luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities in the room, such as the plush bathrobes and high-quality toiletries, were beyond incredible. the restaurant offered an unforgettable dining experience with its exquisite food and impeccable service. I was also impressed by the library, which had an impressive collection of books and a cozy atmosphere.

The only bad thing about this hotel was the lack of private facilities in the leisure/TV room. the space was lovely and well-appointed, but it would have been even better if there were exclusive facilities available to guests.

We stayed at a hotel in Ginza and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the main shopping area and close to the underground station. The room was spacious and well-decorated with a modern Japanese style. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was superb. The staff were very courteous and helpful, providing prompt service. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options. it was a great choice for a hotel in this upscale area.

One minor downside was that the view from the room was just okay, but it didn't hinder our overall enjoyment of our stay.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is located in the best area of Ginza, close to designer stores, restaurants, and the subway. Breakfast and happy hour drinks were fantastic. The food is really good, with an excellent chef. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic shower and comfortable bed. The hotel stored our snowboards, booked a van for our airport transfer, and everything went smoothly. The staff even sent up bandaids within 5 minutes when we asked for a needle. the staff and services were lovely.
